LinC & Learn Business Connections bring current & aspiring business leaders together each month for practical learning, peer-to-peer problem solving, and meaningful networking. Each session features a short topic presentation followed by open discussion, Q&A, and time to connect with other businesses from across Lincoln County (LinC).

Great customer service begins long before a customer walks through the door. It starts with leadership, communication, and the culture we create for our teams. In this session, we'll discuss one of the biggest challenges leaders face... handling conflict. Attendees will learn simple, practical ways to navigate difficult conversations, become a more approachable leader, build a team that takes pride in their work, and create the kind of customer experience that keeps people coming back.

Kristi Lyn Davis is an entrepreneur, speaker, consultant, and business owner with more than 20 years of experience in hospitality and customer service. As the owner of Tomahawk Resort on Lake Alice and several other businesses, she knows firsthand that great guest experiences start with great leadership, having an eye for detail and a team that feels valued.

Kristi not only speaks at conferences and association events but also works directly with businesses to train leaders and staff. Through engaging workshops and hands-on training she helps teams strengthen soft skills, communication, teamwork, and customer service while creating a culture where employees are proud of where they work and guests can't wait to come back
