Lincoln County is proud to be the Gateway to the Northwoods! Located just north of the Wausau metro area along Highway 51, it offers the best of Northcentral Wisconsin - welcoming communities, abundant lakes and forests, year-round recreation, and a strong environment for living, working, doing business, and visiting.
